Payment & Financial Data – cardholder name, billing address, last four digits of the card, Stripe- or Google‑Pay–generated tokens. BassPass never stores full card numbers.
Organizer / Promoter Data – company legal name, EIN/TIN, payout bank details, and marketing preferences.
Support & Communications – messages, feedback, or inquiries sent to Support.
1.2 Information We Automatically Collect
Usage Data – pages viewed, actions taken in the app, referring URLs, device type, browser, and IP address.
Cookies & Similar Technologies – session cookies, analytics cookies, and authentication tokens.
Location Data – approximate geolocation from IP for fraud prevention and event discovery.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
Social Media – when you connect a Facebook Page or other social account, we receive page ID, page name, page‑level access tokens, and basic profile information as permitted by the platform’s permissions (e.g.,
pages_manage_events
).Payment Processors – confirmation of payment status, payout status, and dispute information from Stripe, Google Pay, and similar providers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Process ticket sales, reservations, and refunds.
Create, manage, or promote events on behalf of organizers.
Authenticate users and secure the platform.
Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
Detect and mitigate fraud, scalping, and unauthorized resale.

Event Organizers & Promoters – for events you purchase or attend.
